Abundante (SGX:570) and Ningxia Zhongwei Chenyu New Energy mutually agreed to terminate an MoU for the acquisition of Chizhou Zhonghong Energy Technology, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
In an earlier filing, the company's Chinese unit Ningxia Jinting New Energy Technology signed a memorandum of understanding to fully acquire Chizhou Zhonghong Energy Technology from Ningxia Zhongwei Chenyu New Energy.
