地政总署资料显示，4月仅有1个资助出售房屋项目新申请预售楼花同意书，为房协启德沐礼街3号项目，提供1,800伙，而私人住宅项目则没有新申请。
署方4月批出5个项目预售楼花同意书，共涉及2,373伙，相较3月共884伙，按月增1,489伙，为去年12月以来约五个月新高。
当中包括正展开销售、新地(00016.HK) 位于西沙的SIERRA SEA，项目1A期及1B期分别提供781伙及794伙。另外，长实(01113.HK) 涉及416伙的启德花语海2期、香港兴业(00480.HK) 旗下大屿山愉景湾第19-1期，提供320伙、及由嘉华(00173.HK) 发展、提供62伙的西半山医院道项目均于上月获批。
