IT之家 5 月 11 日消息，三名员工向 Business Insider 透露，特斯拉要求得州奥斯汀超级工厂 Model Y 与 Cybertruck 生产线的员工在 5 月 26 日阵亡将士纪念日这一周强制休假。

这是特斯拉工厂首次在同期实施长达一周的休假，而去年此时生产线仍在正常运转。此次休假期间，特斯拉员工可选择使用带薪假期，或参与清洁培训等非生产性工作。

部分工人还表示，自今年 2 月以来，他们的工作时间安排越发不稳定，曾多次被要求提前回家，还严格限制加班。管理层警告称，若私自记录加班将面临纪律处分。

特斯拉第一季度全球交付量同比下降 13%，尽管产量环比减少近 10 万辆，仍出现 2.6 万辆库存积压。

今年 4 月，特斯拉被曝下调 Cybertruck 生产目标，并将部分产线工人调岗。12 月 Cybertruck 产线曾停产三天进行设备调整。

根据得州劳动力委员会文件，特斯拉供应商 Trigo 于 5 月初裁撤奥斯汀工厂 50 名合同工。公司股票年内累计下跌 26%，马斯克在 3 月宣称“未来两年美国汽车产量将翻倍”。

美国国家公路交通安全管理局（NHTSA）召回文件显示，特斯拉 Cybertruck 累计交付量不足 5 万辆。截至IT之家发稿，特斯拉发言人仍未回应置评请求。
