智通财经APP讯，复星医药(02196)公布，根据国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心发布的公示信息，该公司控股子公司上海复星医药产业发展有限公司的 FCN-159 片(申请注册分类：化药 1 类;以下简称“该新药”)用于治疗儿童朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症已被纳入突破性治疗药物程序。
该新药为该集团自主研发的创新型小分子化学药物，为 MEK1/2 选择性抑制剂，拟主要用于治疗晚期实体瘤、1 型神经纤维瘤病、树突状细胞和组织细胞肿瘤、低级别脑胶质瘤等。
