智通财经APP讯，上海医药(02607)公布，近日，公司下属控股子公司南通常佑药业科技有限公司(以下简称“南通常佑”)的维立西哌原料药收到国家药品监督管理局颁发的《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》(通知书编号：2025YS00363)，该药物获得批准生产。
据悉，维立西哌主要适用于近期心力衰竭失代偿经静脉治疗后病情稳定的射血分数降低(射血分数<45%)的症状性慢性心力衰竭成人患者，以降低发生心力衰竭住院或需要急诊静脉利尿剂治疗的风险，由 Merck Sharp and Dohme 公司研发，最早于 2021 年在美国上市。2023 年 9 月，南通常佑向国家药监局递交维立西哌原料药技术审评申请并获受理;近日，南通常佑收到国家药监局下发的《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》。截至本公告日，公司针对维立西哌已投入研发费用约人民币 363 万元。
本次维立西哌获得《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》，表明该原料药符合国内药品注册的有关规定要求，可以在国内市场进行销售，同时为公司后续产品开展原料药申报积累了宝贵的经验。上述事项不会对公司当期经营业绩产生重大影响。
