中国海外(00688.HK) 公布，今年4月系列公司的合约物业销售金额约201.64亿元人民币(下同)，按年下跌7.5%；而相应的销售面积约为73.59万平方米，按年下跌21.2%。
今年首四个月，累计合约物业销售金额约665.83亿元，相应的累计销售面积约292.89万平方米，分别按年下跌18.8%及0.9%。
