5月8日，有媒体援引一位熟悉吉利汽车的业内人士称：“不出意外，吉利很快会宣布采取轮值总裁制度，第一任总裁大概率是财务出身。”

OFweek新能源汽车查询吉利控股集团官网发现，吉利控股集团已于今年3月启动了轮值总裁制度，首任轮值总裁为戴庆。

官网信息显示，戴庆2000年毕业于安徽省淮北财政学校，2007年从中央广播电视大学毕业，获会计学学士学位，2022年从香港中文大学毕业，获专业会计学硕士学位。

2000年，戴庆加入吉利控股集团，历任子公司财务部长、集团财务管理部部长、集团财务管理中心总经理、集团副首席财务官、集团经营管理高级总监、吉利汽车集团高级副总裁兼首席财务官、吉利控股集团副总裁兼首席运营官等职务，自2025年3月起担任吉利控股集团轮值总裁。

值得关注的是，5月7日，吉利汽车（0175.HK）宣布，计划收购极氪（NYSE: ZK) 已发行全部股份。吉利汽车目前持有极氪约65.7%的股份，如交易完成，极氪将与吉利汽车实现完全合并。

吉利汽车表示，此举是进一步落实《台州宣言》，聚焦汽车主业，提升资源利用效率，深化品牌协同的重要步骤，将强化吉利汽车在智能新能源汽车领域的全球竞争力。
