智通财经APP讯，嘉耀控股(01626)发布公告，丰斌先生退任公司非执行董事。丰斌先生须于公司于2025年6月20日举行的应届股东周年大会上轮值告退。丰斌先生已告知公司，彼将不会于股东周年大会上寻求重选，以投入更多时间于其他个人活动及承担，因此将于股东周年大会结束时退任。
经考虑公司提名委员会的建议后，董事会建议委任李林先生担任执行董事。建议委任李先生须待股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案方式批准，并将于股东周年大会结束后生效(倘获批准)。
