May 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:
** Delta Air Lines <DAL.N> and Korean Air Lines <003490.KS> will acquire an aggregate 25% stake in Canada's WestJet Airlines for $550 million from private equity firm Onex Corp <ONEX.TO>, the U.S. carrier said.

** Japanese lender Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation $(SMBC)$ has signed a definitive agreement to take a 20% stake in Indian private lender Yes Bank <YESB.NS>, a deal that marks the largest cross-border merger and acquisition deal in India's financial sector.

** British property company LondonMetric LMPL.L is to buy Urban Logistics SHED.L in a 698.9 million pound ($924.99 million) cash and stock deal, creating one of the country's largest property investment groups by market capitalisation. nL4N3RH0KU
** U.S. investment firm Bain Capital is seeking to sell the China business of data centre operator WinTriX DC Group, in a deal that could value the business at over $4 billion, two people with knowledge of the situation said. nL4N3RG0XD
