智通财经APP讯，青建国际(01240)公布，该集团近期获授两份香港建筑工程合约及一份新加坡建筑工程合约，即：(i)新东地产发展有限公司于2025年3月12日就香港西贡蚝涌丈量约份第244约地段第2195号住宅发展项目向该公司的间接全资附属公司授出一份主要合约;(ii)香港房屋委员会于2025年4月30日就2025至2028年度大埔、北区及沙田(三)的保养、改善及空置单位翻新工程向公司另一间间接全资附属公司授出的分区定期合约;及(iii)新加坡建屋发展局于2025年4月30日就兀兰地区2合约19B的建筑工程向公司另一间间接全资附属公司授出的另一份主要合约。
倘若完成该等合约中所述的所有建筑工程，三份该等合约的总合约额预计约为20.9亿港元(包括或有款项)。
