通讯事务管理局（通讯局）批准本地免费电视节目服务（免费电视）持牌机构电视广播(TVB)(00511.HK) 就涉及Young Lion Holdings Limited（YLH）的股份转让而提出的股权结构变动申请。YLH原本透过其全资附属公司间接持有TVB 25.02%的有表决权股份。通过有关交易，YLH的现有股东将部分股份转让予TVB行政主席许涛控制的公司Vanilla Sky Limited。
有关交易于今日（9日）完成，TVB的股权结构变动亦随即生效。在交易完成后，YLH仍然是TVB的主要股东，而许涛则成为YLH持有TVB 25.02%的有表决权股份的最终表决控权人。
