招商证券发表研究报告指，吉利汽车(00175.HK) 私有化极氪(ZK.US) ，收购价格合理，认为是公司持续内部整合，继领克、极氪合并后又一重大举措，资源更聚焦于香港上市公司，令公司投资价值提升。
