中国海外宏洋集团(00081)公布，在2025年4月份，中海宏洋系列公司实现合约销售额人民币26.24亿元及合约销售面积22.3万平方米，分别按年下跌18.1%及14.6%。在2025年1至4月份，累计合约销售额人民币95.56亿元及合约销售面积821,400平方米，分别按年下跌14.1%及15.5%。截至2025年4 月底，累计认购未签约额人民币5.86亿元及认购未签约面积5.27万平方米。

在2025年4月份，该集团于江苏省扬州市和浙江省绍兴市新增项目2个，总楼面面积90,104平方米，总土地价格人民币5.24亿元。从2025年1月1日至4月30日期间，该集团累计新增总楼面面积504,992平方米，总土地价格人民币29.816亿元。
