公司已接获三峡资本控股有限责任公司(于本公告日期持有公司9.13%股权的股东)的书面通知，内容有关建议委任谢贝蒂女士为第五届董事会非执行董事，并要求董事会于年度股东大会上提交该建议以供股东审议及批准。因此，公司于2025年5月12日召开董事会会议，会上批准上述建议委任谢贝蒂女士为非执行董事，并同意提交予年度股东大会以供股东审议及批准。
