智通财经APP讯，中国投融资(01226)发布公告，公司的董事会(董事会)留意到其股份价格于本公布日期出现不寻常变动。
董事会经作出在相关情况下有关本公司的合理查询后，除下文所披露者外，董事会确认并不知悉导致股价或成交量波动的任何原因，亦不知悉根据证券及期货条例第XIVA部须予披露的任何内幕消息。
本公司现正与Micro Connect (H.K.) Investment Management Limited(MCHKI，一间可从事证券及期货条例界定的第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动的持牌法团)联络，探讨若干潜在企业活动(潜在企业活动)，包括但不限于：
– 委任本公司新董事(包括李小加先生，其为滴灌通集团的创始人及香港交易及结算所有限公司的前行政总裁);
– 委任MCHKI为本公司新投资经理;及
– 建议配售不少于10亿港元的新股份。
截至本公布日期，本公司已委聘法律及财务顾问处理潜在企业活动。
董事会谨此强调，概无就该等潜在企业活动达成任何具有法律约束力的协议或订立任何协议。因此，该等潜在企业活动未必会进行。
