截至2025年4月30日止四个月，本集团于河南省以外的省份拥有1个新签合约项目，新增合约建筑面积4.5万平方米。
截至2025年4月30日，本集团于河南省以外的省份拥有34个在管项目，总建筑面积为3633993平方米，占本集团所有在管项目总建筑面积12.1%。除河南省外，集团在管项目涵盖多个省份，包括安徽、山西、陕西、河北、新疆、海南、内蒙古、湖北和山东九个省或自治区。
