智通财经APP获悉，5月12日，据市场消息，剂泰医药据悉考虑在香港进行2亿美元IPO。成立至今，剂泰医药累计完成近3亿美元融资，此前投资方包括红杉中国、国寿股权、人保股权、五源资本等。
据了解，剂泰医药专注于“AI+药物递送”技术布局，打造多器官靶向递送系统，加速CGT、核酸药物等领域产品开发。目前，公司已自主研发了AI驱动的核酸递送系统设计平台（AiLNP）、AI驱动mRNA序列设计平台（AiRNA）、AI驱动小分子制剂设计平台（AiTEM）三个“AI+技术平台”。
商业化方面，剂泰医药主要通过自研管线，以及合作管线开发形式进行，管线覆盖以小分子药物和mRNA为主的核酸药物，涉及肿瘤、中枢神经系统疾病、肝病等适应症。其中，进展最快的小分子管线已于去年6月推进至三期临床开发；mRNA免疫治疗管线也将于今年进入临床。
