美国财政部新发行250亿美元30年期国债中标收益率4.819%，纽约时间下午1点招标截止时的发行前交易水平为4.812%，当时市场内30年期国债收益率日内走高约4个基点。招标结果公布后，长债收益率进一步上升，30年期国债收益率日内大涨多达7个基点。不过，日内收益率曲线趋平的势头得以保持，5s30s利差日内收窄近6个基点。

　　一级交易商获配13.9%，略高于前次；间接投标人获配比例下降至58.9%，直接投标人获配升至27.2%。

　　投标倍数2.31倍，过去六次新债发行的均值为2.39倍。
