　　中远海控  2025年第一季度报告显示，公司营业收入为579.60亿元，同比增长20.05%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为116.95亿元，同比增长73.12%。公司于报告期内完成了部分A、H股股份的回购和注销，并计划继续回购A股股份用于注销。同时，公司拟减少注册资本并取消监事会，相关议案尚需股东大会审议。码头业务方面，公司所属中远海运港口码头总吞吐量达到3574.89万标准箱，同比增长7.48%。
