智通财经APP获悉，海信家电(00921)午后涨近5%，截至发稿，涨3.7%，报25.25港元，成交额5100.27万港元。
消息面上，海信家电公布，控股股东海信通信计划即日起至11月6日期间，以集中竞价方式增持公司股份，累计增持不低693万股，且不超过1,386万股。5月7日，海信通信增持公司221.16万股A股，占公司总股本的0.16%。
海信家电近日发布的2025年一季报显示，实现营业收入248.38亿元，同比增长5.76%；实现归母净利润11.27亿元，同比增长14.89%。华创证券指出，公司业绩在同期高基数下表现依旧亮眼，良好开局为后续经营赢得更多空间。伴随后续行业增速与公司报表基数走低，我们认为经营弹性有望延续，当前时点仍具较高投资价值。
