智通财经APP获悉，龙蟠科技(02465)高开近15%，截至发稿，涨14.89%，报5.94港元，成交额365.9万港元。
消息面上，龙蟠科技公告称，公司控股子公司常州锂源及控股孙公司南京锂源与楚能新能源全资子公司武汉楚能、孝感楚能及宜昌楚能共同签署《生产材料采购战略合作协议》及《补充协议》，协议约定，自2025至2029年间，预计将销售15万吨磷酸铁锂正极材料，销售模式包括卖方自供碳酸锂及买方客供碳酸锂。合同总销售金额预计超过50亿元。
公告称，本协议为日常经营相关的销售合同，公司签订本协议有助于与下游合作伙伴建立长期稳定的关系，有助于公司产品的稳定销售，符合公司发展战略规划。若该合同能顺利履行，将对公司未来业绩产生积极影响。
