智通财经APP获悉，老铺黄金(06181)跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.01%，报657港元，成交额5.72亿港元。
消息面上，近日，老铺黄金宣布拟配售431万股新H股，占扩大后H股股份总数3.09%及扩大后全部已发行股份总数2.5%，配售价为每股H股630港元，较上一交易日收市价折让8.03%，募资总额27.153亿港元，募资净额26.98亿港元，其中80%用于核心业务的发展、20%用于补充流动资金及一般企业用途。美银预期配股将强化老铺黄金的现金状况，该行将公司目标价由946港元下调至932港元，重申“中性”评级。
值得关注的是，6月28日，老铺黄金将迎来上市后最大规模限售股解禁，12名股东合计持有的14264.25万股股份（占总股本86.44%）将解禁。瑞银此前研报指出，根据该行与投资者的对话，买方对老铺黄金2025年的盈利预期为40亿至60亿人民币，即同比增长170%至300%，该行认为预期似乎偏高，并且公司面临金价波动、各店业绩分化以及毛利率可能同比下降的短期下行风险。另一个下行风险是股东的潜在获利回吐。
