消息面上，君圣泰医药此前宣布，HTD1801在中国T2DM患者中开展的两项3期临床试验中达到了主要终点。SYMPHONY 1和SYMPHONY 2试验显示，HTD1801在HbA1c水平、空腹血糖和血脂指标方面有显著改善，君圣泰医药计划于今年内向国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心递交HTD1801治疗T2DM适应症的新药上市申请（NDA）。
此外，君圣泰医药将于欧洲肝脏研究协会（EASL）2025年大会上发表三项研究成果，分别为熊去氧胆小檗碱（HTD1801）针对代谢相关脂肪性肝炎（MASH）治疗的临床2期研究事后分析结果、针对2型糖尿病（T2DM）治疗的临床2期研究事后分析结果，以及Rimtoregtide（HTD4010）在肝衰竭小鼠中的临床前研究结果。
