新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙Sierra Sea1B期今日(14日)进行首轮销售，是中美关税战缓和后首个开售的全新住宅项目，中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示，上一期首三轮销售均成功即日沽清，是次1B期延续火热销情，中原的买家出席率达九成，超过一半为上一期首三轮向隅客，亦吸引不少投资收租客入市，全因项目邻近科学园及中文大学，有稳定及持续的优质租客来源，回报稳健，相信160伙公开发售单位今日亦可顺利1Q清台。
