MW Inside Bill Belichick's girlfriend Jordon Hudson's $8 million property portfolio

Hudson, 24, began snapping up a host of multi-family homes in the greater Boston area in December 2023 and has now amassed an impressive property portfolio

Bill Belichick's former cheerleader girlfriend Jordon Hudson has secretly been carving out a lucrative career as a real estate mogul in the 18 months since she began dating the NFL legend-amassing an impressive property portfolio worth $8 million.

Hudson, 24, began snapping up a host of multi-family homes in the greater Boston area in December 2023, property records reveal, just a few months after she was first seen spending time with Belichick, 73, although they are reported to have met around 18 months earlier.

According to mortgage documents seen by Realtor.com$(R)$, Hudson purchased three multi-family dwellings at the end of 2023, all of which were purchased through separate LLCs, but with the former cheerleader's name listed as the "borrower" for each.

As first reported by DailyMail.com, Hudson took out a $1.2 million mortgage on the first dwelling-a $2.2 million Dorchester townhouse that has been converted into three separate apartments-on Dec. 1, 2023, with a listing on Realtor.com revealing that one of the units in the property is currently available to rent for $5,000 a month.

The listing suggests that Hudson has spent time renovating the property since she purchased it, calling attention to the "beautiful" updates that have been made to the four-bedroom unit.

"A condo quality white shaker cabinet kitchen with white quartz counters, stainless appliances with a large island with seating available opens into the living room with hardwood floors throughout except in the fully tiled bathrooms featuring glass shower doors," the description continues.

The unit also comes complete with its own backyard space, while the other two properties in the building have private balconies that overlook the outdoor area at the rear of the building.

On the same day that she completed mortgage paperwork on the first apartment building, Hudson also took out a $1.2 million mortgage on another nearby townhouse conversion, which was purchased for $2.3 million.

However, records indicate that the property was purchased a few months earlier, in June 2023, just over one month after it was listed.

Much like her first townhouse, the second property has been split into three apartments, all of which feature four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the original listing revealing that the building had been "renovated to the studs" prior to being put on the market.

Located in Dorchester's "vibrant Polish Triangle neighborhood," the apartments all come complete with private outdoor space, as well as high ceilings and ample natural light, per the online description.

The third property in Hudson's booming real estate collection is in Boston, in the city's Roxbury Crossing neighborhood.

Hudson paid $3 million for that multi-family dwelling, which she purchased on Dec. 15, 2023, just two weeks after buying the properties in Dorchester.

In its listing, the property was described as a "one-of-a-kind three-family home" that features a total of 15 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms spread across three separate units.

When it was listed, the description noted that all three of the units were leased until August 2024, "generating a rental income of $17,675 a month."

On all of the mortgage documents for those properties, Hudson listed a fourth dwelling-this time a single-family home-as her residence, a quaint two-bedroom cottage in Harwich, MA, which she purchased for $610,000 in October 2023.

Located on the side of a pond, the property features two bathrooms and a "small but workable" kitchen, per the listing.

Realtor.com has contacted a spokesperson for Hudson and Belichick for comment.

At the time of all four property purchases, Belichick was still working in his role as head coach of the New England Patriots, a position that he left in January 2024.

He then made a return to college football in December of that same year, taking up the head coaching job for the North Carolina Tar Heels, a job for which he is reportedly earning $10 million a year.

However, it has been Belichick's relationship with Hudson and not his sporting achievements that have garnered a great deal of public attention in recent months-most recently when his girlfriend interrupted the football expert's interview with "CBS Mornings" to insist that he would not answer any questions about where and when the two of them met.

Multiple reports have claimed that the duo's first meeting happened on an airplane in February 2021, when they were traveling from Boston to Miami.

Still, it appears to be something of a sore subject for Hudson, who quickly shut down CBS host Tony Dokoupil when he asked Belichick about their first encounter during an interview about the coach's new book, "The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football."

Hudson, who was sitting behind a screen off camera during the taping, quickly interjected to tell Dokoupil: "We're not talking about this," leaving the TV host looking somewhat confused.

The moment prompted many a concerned comment from spectators, including TV host Piers Morgan, who said of the interview: "It was utterly excruciating. Mr Belichick needs a family or friend intervention ASAP."

Meanwhile, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy said of the sit-down: "My Sunday morning routine is always coffee and 'CBS Sunday Morning.' It's a feel good show. The opposite of controversial. So [imagine] my surprise this morning when they had the most awkward Bill Belichick interview I have ever seen. Like, I was squirming in my seat."

Belichick addressed the controversy in a statement issued on April 30, a few days after the interview aired, defending his girlfriend and slamming CBS for creating a "false narrative," per the New York Post.

"Unfortunately, the expectation was not honored during the interview," he said. "I was surprised when unrelated topics were introduced and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers that I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book.

"After the occurred several times, Jordon, with whom I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion. She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track. Some of the clips make it appear as though were were avoiding the question of how we met, but we have been open about the fact that Jordon and I met on a flight to Palm Beach in 2021.

"The final eight-minute segment does not reflect the productive 35-minute conversation we had, which covered a wide range of topics related to my career. Instead, it presents edited clips and stills from just a few minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative-that Jordon was attempting to control the conversation-which is simply not true."
