Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology Shareholder Trims Stake

Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology (SHE:002865, HKG:2865) said its controlling shareholder JinDi Technology and concert party Lu Xiaohong's combined stake declined by 5.5%.
Jindi Technology and Lu's holding fell to 17.7% from 23.2% due to share reductions, option exercises, and H-IPO dilution, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the photovoltaic cell manufacturer closed 4% lower Wednesday on the Shenzhen bourse and 2% lower on the Hong Kong bourse.
