劳工及福利局局长孙玉菡以书面答复议员提问时表示，港铁(00066.HK) 在全面推行实名制至今年4月期间的执法行动中，就违规使用二元乘车优惠而须缴交附加费的个案数字为280宗，即每周平均8宗。有关个案数字较推行实名制前(由2023年6月25日至2024年8月24日)的9,624宗，即每周平均158宗大幅下降。
孙玉菡称，港铁在全面推行实名制后曾就14宗涉嫌以乐悠咭违规使用二元优惠计划的个案向警方寻求协助。每宗个案警方均会派人员到场处理。14宗案件之中，经警方调查后共作出5宗拘捕，当中1宗已完成检控(被捕人盗窃罪名成立，被判罚款400元)、另1宗案件被捕人被警方以盗窃罪检控(于5月9日进行聆讯)、两宗仍在调查中；另有1宗因经调查后未有发现刑事成分，警方将个案交由港铁按违反港铁附例事宜跟进。其余9宗个案，警方于调查后因未有发现可拘捕罪行，把个案交由港铁按违反港铁附例事宜跟进。(jl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-14 16:25。)
