智通财经APP获悉，辉瑞(PFE.US)七年来首次发行欧元债券，加入到反向扬基债券发行热潮之中。知情人士透露，这家制药商正寻求通过发行4年期、7年期、12年期和20年期高级无抵押债券筹集至少20亿欧元(22亿美元)。该公司上一次发行欧元债券是在2017年3月。
美国企业竞相进军欧洲债券市场(即所谓的反向扬基债券交易)，以锁定欧洲较低的借贷成本。根据Bloomberg的数据，今年迄今为止，美国企业发行了超过1580亿欧元的债券，超过了2024年的总发行额。麦当劳(MCD.US)周三也将发行欧元债券。
美国银行策略师上周表示，美国公司有史以来第一次成为欧元债券市场最大的非金融发行方。他们表示：“这意味着，欧元信贷市场可能会对美国未来的政治决策更加敏感。”
知情人士称，辉瑞债券向投资者提供的利差从约105个基点到195个基点不等。
