有议员质疑港铁公司(00066.HK) “服务表现回赠”机制新安排不合理，例如每宗事故的最高拨款金额仅为4,000万元。运输及物流局局长陈美宝书面回应议员时指，去年由港铁公司控制范围内的因素引起并导致31分钟或以上服务延误事故有5宗；政府与港铁公司会定期检讨机制，例如于2023年优化了“服务表现回赠”安排，包括调高就延误超过3小时的事故所须拨出的金额、增加每宗事故的最高拨款金额，及增设“繁忙时间款额增加安排”，以回应公众意见和更确切反映服务延误事故对乘客的影响。
她表示，在下一次检讨相关机制时，政府与港铁公司一如以往会全面考虑不同因素，尤其是港铁公司的服务表现、社会声音和关注，以及事故累积的经验等。
她又提到，港铁公司于2023年完成铁路资产管理和维修保养制度全面检讨，包括在2023年至2027年的五年内投放超过650亿元进行铁路设施更新及保养维修、加快应用创新科技于铁路服务和资产维护等。就每项建议跟进工作，港铁公司的检讨报告均有订明落实时间表。政府一直密切监督港铁公司跟进工作的进度及落实情况，并监察各建议措施的成效。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-14 16:25。)
