Antalpha Platform (ANTA) said Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of its roughly 3.9 million shares at $12.80 each, aiming to raise about $49.3 million in gross proceeds.
The company said it has granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy 577,500 additional shares. If fully exercised, the proceeds could total about $56.7 million, it added.
Shares are expected to begin trading Wednesday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol ANTA, the company said.
Antalpha Platform also said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including product development and global expansion.
The offering is scheduled to close Thursday, the company added.
