根据公告，2025年合作协议的年度上限交易金额建议为2亿元，且该金额是在考虑历史交易数据及未来项目规模等因素后确定的。
历史交易方面，自2022年起，公司与华润三九在新能源项目上的合作金额逐年增长，2022年、2023年和2024年的交易金额分别为3600万元、6320万元和7600万元。
值得注意的是，自2025年1月1日至公告日期期间，双方并未进行相关交易，因此未产生任何交易金额。公告中强调，2025年合作协议下的交易须遵循上市规则的相关规定，且公司董事会确认截至公告日期无董事对该交易拥有重大权益。
