智通财经APP讯，中国中药(00570)发布公告，董事会于2025年5月14日作出决议，因达到退休年龄，兰青山先生不再担任公司副总裁，及因工作内容调整，赵东吉先生及黄掌欣先生不再担任公司副总裁，有关安排即时生效。自赵先生辞任公司副总裁生效后，彼亦不再担任公司联席公司秘书。在赵先生辞任后，公司之另一位联席公司秘书伍秀薇女士将担任公司的唯一公司秘书，并将根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则继续执行及履行公司秘书的职务。
郑军先生已获委任为公司副总裁，自2025年5月14日起生效。
赵先生辞任后不再担任上市规则第3.05条项下之公司授权代表，执行董事及公司总裁(即总经理)李鸿坚先生已获委任为授权代表，自2025 年5月14日起生效。
