Dropsuite Says Australia's Federal Court Approves Acquisition of Firm by NinjaOne

Dropsuite (ASX:DSE) said that the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry, made orders approving the proposed acquisition of all the issued shares in Dropsuite by NinjaOne Australia via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Dropsuite expects to lodge a copy of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Wednesday, at which time the scheme will become legally effective. It will also request that the quotation of its shares on the ASX be suspended from the close of trading on the same day.

Its shareholders will be entitled to receive a consideration of AU$5.90 cash per share held on the record date of May 16, on Friday, May 30.
