BlockBeats 消息，5 月 13 日，据官方消息，YZi Labs 公布面向 Web3、AI 等领域的全球孵化计划 EASY Residence 投资条款。
该计划将为每个入选的初创企业投资 50 万美元；这笔投资分为两部分：
1、以未来股权简单协议（SAFE）的形式，以 150,000 美元购买 5% 的股权（如果适用，加上其他权利）。
2、在演示日后的下一轮融资中，初创企业将获得额外的 350,000 美元无上限 SAFE。
此前消息，YZi Labs 宣布推出 EASY Residence，这是一项为期 10 周的全球孵化计划，面向 Web3、人工智能（AI）和医疗健康领域的早期团队。首期项目将于 2025 年 6 月 2 日在美国加州硅谷启动，届时将有 10 至 20 支入选团队获得支持，并于 2025 年 8 月 10 日结束。申请现已开放，截止日期为 2025 年 5 月 21 日。
