智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利近日发布的长达97页的全球科技蓝皮书《中国-人工智能：沉睡的巨人觉醒》指出，中国正以前所未有的力度，将人工智能(AI)应用于产业转型，并将外部限制转化为自身发展机遇。
报告强调，中国正开辟一条不同于其他国家的人工智能发展道路，其“自上而下”的策略结合了战略规划、生态系统建设、标准制定与行业特定创新，并利用既有的强大基础设施，正有效释放中国人工智能的巨大潜力。
摩根士丹利还推出了一份“中国AI 60名单”，并相应给出了评级和目标价，旨在识别在AI采用方面处于领先地位的公司，评估其创新、投资、数据可用性和应用层的成功。该名单包括腾讯(00700)、阿里(09988)、百度(09888)、科大讯飞(002230.SZ)、美团(03690)、拼多多(PDD.US)、固生堂(02273)、联想集团(00992)等公司。
