【ICE油菜籽因美国生物燃料乐观情绪而上涨】金十期货5月14日讯，据外媒报道，周二，洲际交易所（ICE）的加拿大油菜籽期货收盘上涨，基准期约收高2.63%，创下历史新高，主要受到美国生物燃料政策拟议修改的乐观情绪支撑。知情人士透露，美国众议院税收委员会拟议的草案计划将45Z清洁燃料税收抵免政策延长至2031年12月31日，同时将原料限制在美国、加拿大和墨西哥。目前被认为碳排放强度过高的油菜籽基生物燃料也可能再次符合抵免条件。
