HSBC Issues EUR3.0 Billion Bonds Due 2030, 2034

HSBC Holdings (HKG:0005) issued 1.50 billion euros of 3.313% fixed to floating rate bonds due 2030 and 1.50 billion euros of 3.911% fixed to floating rate bonds due 2034, according to an early morning Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The bonds were issued under the lender's debt issuance program, the filing said.

HSBC will apply to list the bonds on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trade the notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
