自研SoC玄戒O1规格成迷 小米去年已被官宣3nm芯片成功流片
快科技5月16日消息，小米自研手机SoC芯片已经正式官宣，命名“玄戒O1”，将于5月下旬发布。
这款突然出现的自研芯片让很多人非常意外，而且雷军还专门强调，这款芯片是小米自主研发设计。
小米这次保密工作非常好，目前为止没有透露出半点具体信息，大家都在猜测这款芯片的详细参数，尤其是制程工艺。
据数码闲聊站爆料，这款芯片采用了最新先进工艺，填补了国内5nm以内先进设计的经验空白。
值得注意的是，去年北京卫视的新闻上，北京市经济和信息化局总经济师唐建国表示，小米公司成功流片国内首款3nm手机系统级芯片。
另外，国务院新闻办公室官网上还有一篇发布于2024年9月27日的北京新闻，其中也确认了此消息。
所谓流片，就是像流水线一样通过一系列工艺步骤制造芯片，简单来说就是芯片公司将设计好的方案，交给晶圆制造厂，先生产少量样品，检测一下设计的芯片能不能用，根据测试结果决定是否要优化或大规模生产。
从时间上来推测，玄戒O1很可能就是这款神秘的3nm芯片。
不过具体的CPU、GPU架构规格等详细信息，还要等待发布会上雷军亲自揭晓了。
