五矿地产执行董事刘波辞任 戴鹏宇接任
5月14日，五矿地产（00230）发布公告，董事会宣布刘波因退休辞任公司执行董事、董事总经理、执行委员会及可持续发展委员会成员职务，自2025年5月15日起生效。同时，戴鹏宇被委任为公司执行董事、董事总经理、执行委员会及可持续发展委员会成员，亦自2025年5月15日起生效。刘波确认与董事会并无意见分歧，并未知悉任何须通知股东的事项。
戴鹏宇现年42岁，曾于2020年3月获委任为公司副总经理，拥有西安建筑科技大学管理学学士学位及复旦大学工商管理硕士学位。自2007年加入公司以来，戴鹏宇先后担任华中、华东及华南地区的高级管理职务，负责公司运营管理部及营销管理部事务，具备丰富的房地产企业管理、开发运营及营销经验。其在2025年度的薪酬约为115万元，具体金额依据公司业绩及个人表现等因素确定。
