Miyoshi (SGX:M03) completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Miyoshi Hi-Tech from Viraj Chuenmeechao and Supatra Chuenmeechao, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In an earlier filing, the company said it agreed to buy the remaining stake for 2.2 million baht.
The company is involved in the manufacturing and selling of metal stamping parts.
