智通财经APP获悉，中达集团控股(00139)盘中涨超12%，截至发稿，涨12%，报0.028港元，成交额805.62万港元。
消息面上，中达集团控股公布，于2025年5月13日，公司的全资附属公司中达基建投资有限公司拟向林哲锐、萧绍游、邢新桐、陈森鸿及陈阁洲收购耀彩投资有限公司的49%已发行股本，代价约3.3亿港元，将于完成后由买方透过发行承兑票据偿付。
同日，中达基建投资有限公司拟向亿进收购1,693,936股GIBO销售股份，总代价为6870.6万港元。
据悉，目标公司主要从事投资控股，包括但不限于投资上市及非上市证券。
