陆控(06623.HK) 公布，收到纽约证券交易所的通知，称由于公司未及时提交截至去年12月31日止年度的20-F表格年度报告，因此公司目前未能完全符合纽交所的持续上市标准。
公司须于今年10月30日前向美国证交会提交年度报告，并重新符合纽交所的持续上市标准。倘公司未能于当日前提交年度报告，纽交所或会批准公司延期至明年4月30日。倘公司未能如期提交年度报告，而纽交所不批准延期，则将根据上市公司手册第804.00条所载程序开始停牌及除牌程序。倘纽交所批准延期，惟公司未能于延长期限届满前提交年度报告，亦将开始停牌及除牌程序。
公司拟于纽交所规定的时限内提交年度报告，以重新符合纽交所的持续上市标准。纽交所发出的通知对公司美国存托股份在纽交所的上市并无即时影响。
公司因拟更换核数师，未能于规定到期日前提交年度报告。董事会已决议委任安永会计师事务所及安永华明会计师事务所为公司新任核数师，惟须待股东特别大会上通过普通决议案后，方可作实。公司预期将于新任核数师完成对需纳入报告之财务报表的审计后，即时提交2024年年度报告。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
