Carlyle (CG) is close to finalizing a deal to sell Italian fashion brand Twinset for under 200 million euros ($224 million), Reuters reported Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.
An agreement with potential buyers Borletti Group and Quadrivio is expected to be finalized in the coming days, according to the report.
Quadrivio, Borletti and Carlyle did not immediately respond to requests for a comment from MT Newswires.
