消息面上，中旭未来公告，董事会决议行使股份购回授权，于本公告日期起计12个月内，根据市场状况及资本安排，按董事会不时厘定的时间及频率在市场上购回总额最高达3亿港元的股份。公司将以其可用现金储备为建议股份购回提供资金。董事会认为，建议股份购回的实施符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
