李宁(02331.HK) 公布建议更换核数师。其现任核数师罗兵咸永道将于其当前任期届满后，即公司将于2025年6月12日召开之股东周年大会结束时，退任且不会续聘。考虑到罗兵咸永道自公司于2004年上市以来一直担任公司核数师，公司审核委员会及董事会认为建议更换核数师符合良好的企业管治操守，有利于维持外部核数师的独立性及客观性，且符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
