迪拜财政部周二宣布与加密平台Crypto.com建立合作伙伴关系，允许用加密货币支付政府服务费。
迪拜政府官员与Crypto.com阿联酋总裁穆罕默德·阿尔·哈基姆（Mohammed Al Hakim）在迪拜金融科技峰会期间签署了一项谅解备忘录。
迪拜政府官员在一份新闻稿中表示，这一伙伴关系将有助于实现“迪拜无现金战略”，该战略旨在巩固迪拜作为领先数字城市的地位。该战略的目标是到2026年在迪拜的公共和私营部门实现90%的无现金交易。
一旦该计划的技术安排最终确定，个人和“政府实体的企业客户”将能够通过Crypto.com上的数字钱包支付服务费。
迪拜财政部补充说：“该平台将安全地将这些付款转换为阿联酋迪拉姆，并将其转移到迪拜金融账户，确保简化、安全和创新的支付框架。”
