【京东回应外卖又崩了】金十数据5月14日讯，5月14日午间，多名网友发帖称订购的京东外卖没有骑手接单配送、出现订单延迟等情况，京东外卖崩了引发热议。对此，京东客服表示，骑手接单在午间时段有可能出现人力不足的情况，有时候会出现长时间无人接单的情况，是正常的，具体配送与用户所在地区相关，客服目前尚未收到京东外卖系统出现崩溃的通知。
