Shares of eToro Group were higher in their Nasdaq debut after the trading platform's upsized initial public offering priced above its expected range.
The stock was up 28%, to $66.55, on Wednesday. The company said Tuesday that the 11.9 million-share offering priced at $52 apiece. EToro itself is selling half of the shares, with the other half being sold by certain shareholders.
Last week, the Israel company said it expected the IPO would total 10 million shares and price between $46 and $50 a share.
As of March 2023, eToro had a valuation of $3.5 billion.
