0337 GMT - Xiaomi's new order could increase from the late May, after the company starts to add more auto-related advertising and with the coming debut of its SUV model YU7, Deutsche Bank analyst Bin Wang writes in a note. Xiaomi's recent sequential order decline has triggered investor concerns about its vehicle competency, Wang adds. The decline is likely due to the negative impact from a recent highway accident of a Xiaomi's EV, along with reduced auto-related advertising in April, he says. Some potential car buyers may also be shifting preference from the SU7 sedan to the coming YU7 SUV, which may be weighing on sales, he says. However, since most of these factors are short-term or temporary, Xiaomi's new order flow may start to increase from late May, DB says. (jiahui.huang@wsj.com; @ivy_jiahuihuang)
