　　理士国际今年2月宣布计划分拆其子公司Leoch Energy Inc．，并推动其在美国证券交易所独立上市。第一上海表示，理士国际为中国最大的铅酸电池出口商，在全球化运营方面具有显著优势。分拆后，理士国际将专注于国内市场的深耕，而Leoch Energy Inc．则负责海外业务的拓展。
